Laura Houston
A practical path into massage
Laura founded In Touch Massage Therapy in 2019 and works from her treatment room at home in Crossgates.
After having regular sports massages for her own back problems she retrained in 2017 with a joint diploma in Swedish Massage and Remedial and Sports Massage. She later gained diplomas in Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue and Dry Needling.
After a break in 2022 she added Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Wood Therapy Body Contouring, Natural Lift Facial Massage, Menopause Therapeutic Massage and TMJ Massage Therapy. She loves keeping up to date with new skills so she has something to offer everyone.
